Welcome to Wildflour. A Licensed Cottage Bakery in Hartford County Connecticut where we make everything from scratch. Clean ingredients you can pronounce. No preservatives, no bad chemicals, no science experiments, just real food. We make custom cakes, pastries, small batch sourdough, and plenty of other sweet treats using natural, clean ingredients. By hand-making everything from scratch, we’re bringing back the integrity and flavor that modern food left behind. My name is Gina and I own and operate Wildflour.
